bvb2015_70_bender-larsDortmund have announced that Lars Bender has become their fourth signing of the summer after he has passed a medical at the Champions League winners and completed a £14m move from Bayer Leverkusen, who agreed terms with Moritz Leitner in a part-exchange deal.

Lars joins his twin brother Sven at the club, after spending four full seasons at Leverkusen since a £2.2m move from 1860 München in 2009. The 25 year-old midfielder has been capped 25 times by Germany, scoring twice, and like André Schürrle who signed for BVB yesterday, played in all five of their matches at the World Cup.
