The Asian Football Confederation have made the draw for the final knockout rounds of this season’s AFC Champions League, from the Quarter-Finals through to the climax on 15 November.
Holders Kashima Antlers were knocked out at the Group Stage, but last year’s runners-up and 2012 winners Al-Ahli (Saudi Arabia) have been drawn against the fancied Melbourne Victory.

Porto have won their 19th Portuguese Supercup with a 1-0 win over Benfica in Lisbon, after two years of losing in the Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira match. Kléber scored the only goal of the game, 17 minutes from time, with a fine strike that beat Artur from 20 yards.
The Portuguese league season begins in a fortnight, with holders Benfica looking to win two consecutive titles for the first time since 1984.
Marc Hornschuh (left) and Mustafa Amini played for SV Sandhausen in their 3.Fußball-Liga match at Babelsberg this afternoon, with a 1-0 win earning BVB’s feeder club their first points of the season. Hornschuh (7.8) will be pleased with a clean sheet but Amini (6.1) had a poor game in midfield.
Samy Bourard was set to make his début for Dortmund U19s today in their 1-1 draw at Bayern Munich, but twisted an ankle in the warm-up. He’ll be treated by the club’s physiotherapists and looks to resume full training in approximately three weeks.
The latest figures have been announced by the club’s marketing department from ongoing season ticket sales. As of today, the club have sold 55,961 season tickets. The board expect the club to sell the remaining 100 or so to sell-out at 56,100.
