spain-supercup-70Real Madrid won their tenth Supercopa with a 2-0 win over Mallorca at the Bernabéu tonight, taking the trophy for the third consecutive season after a 5-1 aggregate win. Fielding a second-string, Real still had enough about them to look comfortable against  the 2014 Copa Del Rey winners.

Raúl de Tomás scored his first goal for the club just after the interval, turning home a cross from Omar, but pulled up in agony chasing a long-ball moments later, with initial scans showing a hamstring tear that will sideline him until Christmas. His replacement Carlos set-up the second when he squared for Lucas Torró to slot home late on.
