UEFA have drawn the first two rounds for the qualifying stages of the Champions League and Europa League competitions. The Champions League Champions First Qualifying Phase only features four clubs – the domestic champions of the lowest ranked nations – from Andorra, San Marino, Faroe Islands, and Armenia.

The winners progress to the Champions Second Qualifying Phase with 32 other clubs including Celtic, Dinamo Zagreb, Maccabi Tel-Aviv, Steaua Bucharest, and Legia Warsaw. The competition begins on 02 July.

In the Europa League, 74 clubs enter at the First Qualifying Round, with the 37 winners being joined by 43 new clubs in the Second Qualifying Round. The only German representatives at this stage, VfL Bochum face Tre Fiori of San Marino over two legs in the 1QR on 03 and 10 July.
